Ingredients:
One 15 1/2-ounce can chickpeas
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup tahini
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a 3-cup food processor.
2. Blend until desired consistency, seasoning to taste.
3. For thinner hummus, add more olive oil
4. Serve with pita bread or as a dip.
